Say hello to,Hello for WHMCS

Hello takes the guess work out of replying to tickets. Hi Ben, Hi Heather - You always have to type this out, along with working out who this reply is for.

Imagine only typing what you needed to say, and nothing else? Hello will pre-populate the ticket reply text area with 'Hi Client' and leave you to reply to the ticket.

The ticket prefix can be changed from 'Hi' to anything you would like to use, maybe even Hello.
